Troels Steenholdt Heiredal [b. 1984, DK], holds a Bsc in Architectural Engineering from The Technical University of Denmark [2009] and a Master of Arts in Architecture from Aarhus School of Architecture [2012].

In 2010 Troels co-founded the art and architecture collective WHOISIN and started troels heiredal architecture. Troels is often working in a multi disciplinary field, his project fall in-between art and architecture. His main focus is working with the human body's interaction with the city condition. This work is being conducted through drawing, photography, models and film as well as construction of temporary structures in which Troels often is architect, engineer and constructor.

Troels is a fellow at Arts Letters & Numbers, an emergent structure opening spaces within broad human and disciplinary geographies; spaces of participation, of communication, of reciprocity, for people and their works to listen to each other, to listen to the world. Situated in Averill Park, 3 hours north of New York City.

Troels was awarded second prize for the film “toleraCITY” he created in collaboration with Thomas Lillevang as an answer to the competition “Dense Living”. He has exhibited in the Metro of Copenhagen, in The Spring Exhibition at Kunsthal Charlottenborg and had a solo show at Front Art Space [New York City]. He has given lectures at The Technical University of Denmark, The Danish National Gallery, Aarhus School of Architecture, La Heldaria Gallery [Medellín, Colombia] and Parsons The New School For Design [New York City].
